- Organising & Coordinating projects listed under the YD/YL key trust.
- Work with strategic partners to develop, implement, review the curriculum and all relevant training material.
- Recruit, Onboard, deploy and Monitor the youth volunteers
- Monitor performance of youths volunteers & evaluate feedback from all stakeholders
- Deliver training workshops & keep track of the learning outcomes for youths.
- Plan and Execute volunteer-related events, projects and initiatives.
- Design and develop a knowledge repository documenting case studies and learning materials on youth leadership and cause-based ground-up initiatives to facilitate knowledge sharing across the youth community;
- Streamline Standard Operating Procedures for existing projects undertaken.
- Update database & generate progress reports for KPIs update.
- Attend to any other responsibilities and duties assigned by the reporting officer / Executive Director.
Candidates Requirements
Technical Competencies:
a. Diploma or degree from an accredited college or university is required. Preferably degrees in
Social services, business management, events or hospitality management, marketing or tourism fields.
b. Proficient in Microsoft Office (eg Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
c. Fresh graduates may apply

c. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
