Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Candidates who have previously worked in a recruitment agency and have transitioned to an in-house role in recent years are preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
