The primary roles and responsibilities for the Manager are as follows:
- Provide staffing support for the Working Committee at key platforms such as meetings, forums, visits, etc.
- Plan, Execute, and Manage industry events/initiatives
- Assist with staffing of study trips and other related trips in support of the Committee’s work.
- Tracking of key initiatives and programmes including those initiated by the working Committee and to facilitate timely reporting to the Working Committee.
- To ensure meetings are effectively organised and minuted. Liaising with the President to plan meetings etc.
- Maintaining effective records and administration and upholding legal requirements.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in related discipline, Grads or non-grad without the required qualifications but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Works well under pressure and adaptable to changes.
- Experience in managing the corporate secretarial matters would be an advantage.
- Analytical and writing in presentations and communication skills
- Meticulous, self-driven, be resourceful and able to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects
- Understanding of the functions and operational responsibilities of internal and external stakeholders etc
