Position Overview:
The role contributes to the success of the Wallem Group’s (“the Group”) Learning and Development strategy and priorities for its employees. This role is a Senior Executive level role and reports to the Head of Learning & Development in Hong Kong HQ with no direct reports.
Training Supervision and Administration:
1. First point of contact to internal clients and addresses their training and development needs and inquiries.
2. Contributes to the implementation of the Group’s training policies and procedures.
3. Contributes to the update and maintenance of the Group’s Learning Management System (also known as Wallem Academy).
4. Coordinates and liaises with internal/external stakeholders on the logistics and implementation, such as organizing training schedules and venues, production of training materials, expense and evaluation reports, etc., for all learning and development initiatives across the Group.
5. Tracks, organizes and manages internal clients’ training records.
6. Reports on training attendance and feedback on a periodic basis.
7. Follows-up to ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
8. Monitors, documents and reports the Group’s learning and development budget utilization on a periodic basis.
9· Participates in the procurement process for training services selection to ensure the service providers meet the Group’s expectations.
10. Supports the supervision of the administration, launch and reporting of the Group’s eLearning courses and personnel performance
Training Delivery:
11. Delivers the induction training courses for new joiners.
12. Co-delivers Train the Trainer workshop for internal trainers.
13. Prepares/rehearses prior to delivering the assigned training programs/workshops to ensure they are efficiently and effectively delivered at a high standard.
Training Design:
14. Contributes to the identification and analysis of training needs by taking approaches such as conducting interviews and focus group meetings, analyze feedback and information collected from internal clients’ annual appraisals and engagement survey, etc.
15· Contributes to the planning of Wallem Group’s learning and development plan and priorities would be advantageous
16. Contributes to the design of business-skills programmes/workshops in accordance with Wallem Group’s learning and development plan and priorities would be advantageous
Others:
17. · Contributes to the establishment of Wallem Group’s learning and development knowledge management database.
18. · Contributes to the assigned ad-hoc L&D projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, training & development or relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 4 years of solid experience in in training and development field.
- Minimum of 2 years of solid experience administering and operating SAP SuccessFactors’ learning management system.
