Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present a range of North Indian dishes, ensuring consistent quality.
- Assist in menu development, introducing new and innovative North Indian recipes.
- Manage inventory and ensure the availability of authentic North Indian ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety practices in accordance with local regulations.
- Guide and train junior staff in North Indian cooking techniques.
- Support kitchen operations as required by the Executive or Sous Chef.
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate/NITEC in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in North Indian cuisine preparation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Passion for North Indian flavors and creativity in developing new dishes.
