Responsible to provide technical support and training to all Users for the various Enterprise & Mobile Applications in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
Responsibilities
- To be fully conversant with the various functionalities of the in-house Dormitory and Logistics Enterprise Application and other Applications from time to time.
- To test, train and support Users on these Applications and new functional modules added from time to time.
- To prepare weekly/monthly reports to the Head Technology for completed project execution matters such as progress of the work, outstanding matters, etc.
- To prepare project documentations, eg. project progress report, Software Requirement Specs documents, UAT report, project final delivery report, user manual, etc.
- To execute weekly technology related maintenance support to all User location to ensure smooth running of the application and related hardware.
- To record all corrective actions and communicate with vendors to avoid recurrences.
- To perform co-ordination between the Technology Department and other internal departments
- To co-ordinate with the Software Vendor & Systems Integrator to ensure the project is delivered based on the agreed specifications and within the timeline.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder with at least 2-years’ experience in Enterprise & Office Productivity project coordinating.
- Knowledge in web and mobile technologies and Amazon Web Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Diligent attitude and willing to learn & work independently.
