- Assist in the recruitment process which includes job postings for trainee in my careers future
- Manatel recruitment platform to assist in transferring data
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Technical interviewers
- Maintain and update databases of pipeline candidates, providing regular reports on recruitment metrics to management.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote Red Alpha Cybersecurity as an employer of choice.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Education and Experience:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous Intern experience in recruitment or HR operations is an advantage.
