Marketing Intern, Integrated Marketing
The Role:
You’ll be the mastermind behind our events, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Think of it as your chance to conduct an event orchestra! You'll also get hands-on experience in brand marketing, helping us shout our awesomeness from the rooftops. There’s never a dull moment; you'll be part of the action from day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Help plan and execute events that leave people talking—whether it’s an expensive networking night or a large-scale workshop.
- You'll gracefully manage schedules and logistics and ensure everyone knows what’s happening and when!
- You will assist with marketing campaigns that showcase Moomoo’s unique voice and vibe. Your fingerprints will be on everything from content to social media.
- Handle all the little details that make a big difference, like booking venues, coordinating guest lists, and ensuring the WiFi never goes down.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends in events and marketing, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements
- You’re pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or something similar. (If you’ve got a side hustle or passion project that shows off your skills, even better!)
- You’re obsessed with details and love organising things—events, calendars, to-do lists, you name it.
- You’re a people person with great communication skills, whether writing an email or chatting face-to-face.
- You can juggle multiple tasks like a pro and don’t get frazzled easily, even when things get hectic.
- You’ve got a creative spark and aren’t afraid to share ideas.
- English speaking and fluency in Mandarin are preferred.
