Responsibilities
- Produce BIM Drawings/Drafting documents for one or more services
- Produce M&E Shop-Drawings according to requirements
- Coordinating with professional staff on reviewing models and comments
- Make the necessary changes in drawing as per comments given by team members
- Checking of M&E Drawings
- Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings
- Update Shop-Drawing list
Supporting Project Team on shop-drawing submission - Able to prepare BOM base on BIM
- Liaise with Project Manager and Engineers on drawing submission and approval
- Others as assigned
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction / M&E industry such as commercial building, industrial buildings, ship yard projects, government projects, schools etc.
- Competent in reading / understanding construction drawings (architectural, structural, electrical & mechanical)
- Proficient in Autocad / BIM / Revit / Microstation / Eplan software etc.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience in LTA / MRT projects is advantageous
