Mandatory Certificate : IIBA Agile Analysis Certification
- 4 to 10 year of experience as Business Analyst
- Should have Strong Domain knowledge in Wealth Portfolio / Asset management functions
- Good understanding of entire front middle and backoffice functions and supporting platforms of Global Wealth and Asset Management Firms
- Efficiently lead the conversation, and gather requirements from Business, understand the concerns, identify the risk, and communicate it in timely fashion.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Excellent planning organizational and time management skills
- Good hands-on experience in SQL Excel for data analysis mapping quality lineage tracking
- Should be well versed with BA role and responsibilities like understanding BRD FRD User story writing estimation prioritization tracking and managing E2E implementation
- Experience in tools like Jira Confluence
- Strong Communication written verbal excellent stakeholder management reporting skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience, MBA Finance is highly preferred
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Asset & Wealth Management/ Retail Banking / Banking & Financial Services is mandatory
- Should be able to coordinate well with business and product and independently work to analyze and propose the solutions.
- Candidate must have a good grip of financial products, investment strategy, client profiling by risk and different asset classes
