As our Assistant Manager, you will assist and support our Senior Roadshow Manager in managing the team of promoters and to lead by example, inspiring and guiding the team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for prospecting potential clients.
Responsibilities
· To reach out and engage the general public
· Lead and motivate team to drive delivery of consistent high standards of performance and behavior
· Consult with prospect and convert possible leads into businesses
· Pursue sales opportunities and close the deals effectively to meet target set by the Company
· Be a positive representative of the company and its brand by conducting all activities with professionalism and integrity
· Training and onboarding of new Roadshow promoters
· Planning of work schedule for the team
· Liaise with vendors
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with supervisory & management experience
· Proven ability to engage and handle customers’ queries
· Basic PC knowledge
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Outgoing and friendly personality
· A great team player
· 5.5 day work week with Sundays off
· No shift work
