Morgan McKinley is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Banking AML-KYC) for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business and technology initiatives for assigned programs and projects.
- Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
- Manage a project team to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining budgetary constraints.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage project risks and issues, ensuring effective mitigation plans are in place.
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Program Project Management, demonstrating expert proficiency in Business Process Design, Integration Management, and Requirements Analysis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices.
- Familiarity with KYC systems (e.g., Detica/NetReveal) and their functionalities or technical understanding is a significant advantage.
- Strong background in System Implementation Project Management, with the ability to drive discussions effectively, manage stakeholders, and provide concise management updates.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a knack for problem-solving.
