As the Key Account Manager for Asia, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Strategic Account Planning: Identify focus accounts, key stakeholders, and develop strategic plans.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build trust, understand evolving needs, and deliver exceptional service.
• Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
• Project and Engagement Management: Ensure successful project execution and maintain clear client communication.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Continuously assess client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
• Value Proposition Development: Create and communicate compelling value propositions for our services and products.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Report directly to the Manager, Key Account Management Asia and maintain a high level of engagement with Milestone Field Sales resources.
• Conduct end-customer account planning and prioritization.
• Drive business development plans with tech partners & Marketing. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align partner activities with overarching company goals.
• Follow up on leads and hunt for new opportunities.
• Diagnose business issues and position our solution capabilities.
• Coordinate proof of concept and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the competitive environment.
• Given the regional scope of the role, frequent travel throughout Asia is expected to meet with key accounts, attend industry events, etc.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree and above in Business-related studies or equivalent experience operating at a strategic level.
• Over a decade of sales experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
• Proven track record of successfully selling technical solutions, making complex concepts accessible to clients.
• Familiarity with relevant industry sectors, providing a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
• Excellence in managing large enterprise accounts, consistently delivering value, and exceeding expectations.
• Experience in software sales strategies enabling maximization of market penetration and effective revenue growth.
