Responsibilities:
- Execute service and maintenance workflows efficiently.
- Coordinate with client representatives on all service/maintenance matters.
- Assist the supervisor in organizing teams for service tasks and delegating responsibilities.
- Manage daily client interactions, ensuring their expectations are met.
- Support the supervisor in troubleshooting and timely completion of security system services.
- Understand each client's business to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all work complies with Workplace Safety and Health Act regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Requires knowledge and practical experience with security systems (e.g., Integrated Security Management, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems).
- IT/Network/Server knowledge is a plus.
- Transport allowance provided.
