Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Shop Supervisor to oversee our shop operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and timely resupply of goods, manage delivery staff and schedule, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Delivery Operations: Oversee daily operations, delivery schedules, delivery of orders, and availability of goods.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage shop staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and high-performance standards.
- Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely restocking of goods. Heavy lifting is expected.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in delivery or logistics management.
- Skills: Strong organisational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using delivery management software.
- Education: 'O' Level or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or education is a plus.
- Language: Proficiency in English. Knowledge in spoken and written Tieng Viet is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attributes: Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
