Job Summary:
- Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications APAC
- You'll collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and event management, helping to expand and maintain channels.
- Work closely with the APAC team in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and Australia, and various internal and external groups. This role is based in Singapore.
Job Duties:
- Event Management: Plan, lead, and execute physical and virtual events. Handle all aspects, from venue and vendor sourcing to logistics, content creation, on-site management, and post-event evaluation.
- Content Development: Create agendas, themes, and messaging. Write event synopses and collateral tailored to the target audience.
- Collaborate with global teams and manage third party vendors. Oversee event budgets, including forecasting and expense recording.
- Marketing Communications: Collect campaign data and conduct market analysis. Support daily marketing tasks and assist in promotional activities. Prepare presentations and distribute materials.
- Manage company databases and CRM. Collaborate with the CEO and Sales to develop strategic plans for Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Execute integrated marketing programs focusing on strategies, content, branding, and communications. Be the main contact for regional marketing activities and ensure compliance with MAS guidelines. Track expenses and provide monthly reports to the CEO.
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s degree and above
- Possess a strong business acumen to collaborate with the CEO and Sales team
- Solid knowledge about the institutional and wholesale/ retail segments in asset management
