- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration to improve internal processes
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement AI and data-driven solutions
- Adept at problem-solving and be able to address challenges related to data analysis and AI implementation
Industry Engagement and Management
- Engage strategic accounts and engage companies to diagnose gaps and identify opportunities
- Consult with employers to promote adoption of WSG programmes and progressive human resource practices to address their manpower needs
- Develop deep understanding of employers' hiring demands and recommend suitable candidate profiles to meet their needs
- Coordinate with employers on the hiring outcome and monitor closely on the sector hiring demand
- Analyse industry related information to evaluate and make recommendations for management decision making
Requirements
- Proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Stata, R, Python, Tableau)
- Experience in exploring and implementing AI technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and generative AI
- Relevant experience in industry engagement, account/ project management and/or consultancy roles is a bonus
- Salary will commensurate with experience
