What is this role?
The Systems Engineer will provide technical support and services related to installation, troubleshooting and integration of Jamf products and support technologies including products from Apple, Cambrionix, Goodnotes and more.
Your efforts will lead directly to the sales of our products and services, development of pipeline growth and sales across both new logos and current customers.

What you can expect to do?
- Design and implement solutions for managing and securing Apple devices for effective and secured deployment
- Conduct onboarding, implementation, training sessions for customers
- Utilise available resources to resolve support issues independently and as part of a team
- Work firsthand with customers and employees to troubleshoot, recreate, and/or resolve support issues
- Effectively communicate with customers in all formats such as email, phone, screen sharing etc.
- Build trusting relationships with customers including partners such as Jamf, Apple, Goodnotes, and maintain strong relationships with other internal stake holders
- Use a CRM platform to document and manage activities
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
What are we looking for?
- Diploma (Required); a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
- Aptitude to quickly learn basic technical concepts and communicate to technical & non-technical audiences
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks related to server infrastructure, systems, networks, and hardware
- Jamf 100, 170, 200, 300 certification (Preferred)
- Experience with macOS, iOS (Required)
- Experience with Windows, and/or Linux server platforms (Preferred)
- Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with all levels of customers and employees
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capacity to multi-task and quickly prioritise duties
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong self-improvement mindedness
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Business level proficiency in English for clear communication with enterprise customers
