We are a local lifestyle boutique (@thepalmpress) seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented retail associate for the store. We are opening a pop-up store at Anchorpoint (opposite IKEA ALEXANDRA) from November 2024.
**PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION IS AT ANCHORPOINT, AND THE JOB STARTS EARLY NOV 2024*
Our products feature a mix of in-house design & production, as well as working with other local & international brands to bring in exclusive products for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Identify customers' needs and recommend suitable shop items that best satisfy their needs.
Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
Assisting to tag items / visual merchandising.
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
Working hours:
The shifts are usually 10-3 OR 3-7/8pm (4-5hours shift) or full shift (10-7/8pm) if you'd prefer.
Weekday opening hours: 10-7pm
Weekend opening hours: 10-8pm
2-4 days a week preferred. Weekdays or Weekends.
Store Location: Anchorpoint, 370 Alexandra Road.
SALES EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED :)
