Roles & Responsibilities

Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cleaning operations, including staff supervision, quality control, budgeting, and client relations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Leadership:Lead, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff.
    Schedule staff and allocate resources effectively to meet cleaning demands.
  • Quality Control:Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and client specifications.
    Address any issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Budget Management:Develop and manage the cleaning operations budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    Monitor expenses and seek cost-effective solutions.
  • Client Relations:Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and feedback.
    Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety:Ensure all cleaning operations comply with health and safety regulations.
    Train staff on safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Reporting:Prepare and present reports on cleaning operations, staff performance, and budget adherence.
    Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cleaning operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the cleaning industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
