Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cleaning operations, including staff supervision, quality control, budgeting, and client relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership:Lead, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff.
Schedule staff and allocate resources effectively to meet cleaning demands. - Quality Control:Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and client specifications.
Address any issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Budget Management:Develop and manage the cleaning operations budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Monitor expenses and seek cost-effective solutions. - Client Relations:Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and feedback.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. - Health and Safety:Ensure all cleaning operations comply with health and safety regulations.
Train staff on safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. - Reporting:Prepare and present reports on cleaning operations, staff performance, and budget adherence.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cleaning operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
