In support of the expansion of the Health business, we are seeking a Director, Business Solutions at the Group Health level, to lead the design and execution of the Health operating model (across all markets in which Prudential operates) whilst partnering closely with the Customer, Distribution, Operations and Technology functions.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Lead the design and implementation of the Health operating model
· Identify, and govern the development of, the business capabilities required to support the Group Health strategy
· Support the translation of Prudential’s overarching health strategy into specific execution plans (roadmaps, milestones, deliverables etc.)
· Define, gain agreement of, and manage, the SLAs/KPIs that govern the performance of service provision (both internally and via 3rd party vendors) across the Health business
· Support the Local Business Units in the development and implementation of their market-specific health strategies, focusing on operating model evolution and business capability development
· Partner with internal and external technology teams to support the design and delivery of a strategic technology roadmap that will build the required health capabilities
· Identify and execute partnerships with 3rd party service providers in support of health business capabilities development
· Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization, promoting best practices and thought leadership
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or working experience in related area
· Minimum of 10+ years of experience in related fields (i.e., health insurance, strategy consultation)
· Proficiency in Microsoft office
· Experience working with geographically diverse teams.
· Experience across multiple Asian markets preferred
