Job Specialist Responsibilities:
• Follow up on sale and renewals for both existing and new customers, with a strong focus on driving sales growth.
• Cross-sell other products to expand customer portfolios and increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, enhancing customer retention.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the Sales system.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, sales techniques, market trends, and industry regulations to remain competitive and relevant in the insurance landscape.
• Collaborate with colleagues, insurers, and relevant stakeholders to create strategies that drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
• Ensure all sales processes are followed in accordance with company standards and regulatory compliance.
• Actively gather customer feedback, suggestions, and insights to enhance service offerings and bring the team closer to customers’ needs and expectations.
Requirements:
• Minimum A level or Diploma
• Proven track record in insurance sales, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
