1, Attend to tour and hotel reservations enquiries from overseas customer.
2, Ability to use Microsoft office software to effectively plan and arrange travel routes and confirm car details.
3, Manage tour bookings, including accommodations, meals, tour guides, transportations and local attractions.
4, Ensure bookings are well arranged and confirmed at a period which is in the best benefit of the company.
5, Summarize monthly vehicle usage data, check vehicle usage records for the month, analyze daily operations, identify and solve problems in a timely manner.
6, Maintain good and effective communication and coordination with each group and driver, handle emergency operations and communication in case of unplanned vehicle use, timely follow up on the team's vehicle usage status, and ensure smooth operation.
7, Assist with daily updates to the sales system.
8, Review and follow up on confirmed bookings constantly.
9, Arrange familiarization trips for overseas agents.
10, Prepare and raise payment requisition for supplier's payables.
11, Prepare hotel/tour summary.
12, Attend to customers calls to operations hotline during working/non-working days and standby to solve on urgent matters.
13, To build and maintain long-term customer relationship with excellent.
14, Providing excellent service to customers through various channels such as walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online platforms (e.g., social media).
15, Assist in any marketing activities required.
Requirements:
1, Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by a management.
2, Minimum a NITEC/Diploma certificate or Engineering.
3, Candidates with 5 years relevant experience are welcome.
4, Must be meticulous, organized, pro-active and has strong communication skills to interact with internal & 5, external parties & willing to learn.
6, Candidates must be familiar with MS Office (Excel, Words and Outlook) and be proficient in English written and spoken.
7, May be required to do night shift.
8, Possess a valid Class 3 driver with good driving records.
