Job Description:
- Handle projects and modifications as directed by management.
- Track preventive maintenance and service contracts, and support car park operations.
- Assist with projects and modifications assigned by the Head of Department or Supervisor.
- Manage projects within deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate contractors/vendors to minimize disruptions and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to maintain physical plants and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Technician, Engineer, or Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Facilities Management
- No need experience , training provided
