About the Role
As an integral member of our Marketing team, the Principal Marketing Manager, ASEAN, you will be responsible for strategic marketing planning and hands-on program execution for the region!
A standout teammate within ASEAN and regional marketing to develop and share best practices to up-level marketing skills with the team.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to weave together multiple marketing disciplines that speak to the needs of our buyers and are brand consistent. Align and drive various external and internal teams working on the campaigns through regular cadence calls to communicate project results and attribution.
Develop and execute:
- Integrated marketing programmes including channels such as digital and in person events within ASEAN.
- Country-based plans with sales and other internal team members, in line with business priorities and goals.
- Project plans, schedule and progress to achieve targeted outcomes of campaign.
About You
A self-starter and passionate marketing professional with good track record to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals!
10 - 15 years' of B2B Marketing enterprise software experience in ASEAN market, with strong ability in driving marketing strategy that is country based and/or various segments such as enterprise, mid-market and SME in ASEAN.
Thrive on building solid peer relationships in order to influence key team members, with proven executive customer engagement experience in SaaS space.
- Strong communicator with outstanding organizational skill; ability to multi-task with great attention to details.
- Good knowledge of various marketing systems including Salesforce.com and Marketo.
- Ability to speak Bahasa as added advantage
- Willing to travel within ASEAN extensively; APJ and HQ (USA) occasionally.
