Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating with Trainers on rolling out of curriculum and training contents.
- Coordinate cross-program activities with trainees and other stakeholders (inc but not limited to trainers, external vendors, management, etc).
- Maintaining accurate records of training sessions and certification achievements.
- Promoting the training programmes through marketing initiatives and outreach efforts.
- Calendar scheduling with internal and external stakeholders
- Planning of upcoming cohorts dates with management
- Work collaboratively with Pipeline/Recruitment Manager on upcoming cohort
- Set up bootcamp for upskilling session including sending of training materials and coordinating with partners
- Prepare presentation for Day 1 introduction to trainees on programme learning modules
- Coordinate with external training provider on trainees examination dates, including data uploading of trainees to external portal
- Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes, sending of surveys
