Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry tasks
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Handle payroll processing and related queries
- Assist in preparing financial documents for audits and tax filings
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on financial matters
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in an accounting role (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and regulations
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
