Job Description:
- Maintain the centre’s operation manuals and related files and ensure that information contained therein is regularly updated.
- Establish and maintain a system for filing all essential information and circulars from government agencies such as the Ministry of Health (MOH)
- Assist in the collation of statistics and preparation of statistical documents for external parties such as the MOH and AIC
- Assist finance department to verify service and transport attendance, invoice clients monthly and submit claims MOH or other related institutions
- Assist centre Supervisor to review effectiveness of programmes implemented and ensure programmes are updated and appropriate for targeted audience.
- Documentation of activities performed and monitoring short and long outcomes of these activities.
- Assist Centre Supervisor to oversee centre-based IT related project such as providing end-user needs, feedback, requirements to IT vendors and assist with trials on new systems, assist with migration of data.
- Assume other responsibilities relevant to the position as delegated from time to time, including work relating to the expansion of services and development of new services or new projects.
- Cover some aspect of the duties of the Admin Assistance in fees collection in his/her absence.
- Assume any other duties tasking by Centre Supervisor/ Centre Lead
Job Requirements:
- min. Diploma / GCE ‘A’ / ‘O’ Levels and above
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a government hospital setting and / or healthcare organisation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, have good spoken and written communication skills and be meticulous, reliable and independent
- Team player and able to work independently as well
