Senior Sales & Operations Executive / Assistant Sales & Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales goals.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a streamlined approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Addressing clients’ concerns and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Preparation of sales performance reports, sales budgets management and forecasts to ensure economical efficiency.
  • Assist in overseeing, managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of business unit.
  • Managing project life cycle from planning to closure, scheduling and tracking of project progress.
  • Oversee the logistics in trading activities, including shipment scheduling and tracking.
  • Handle import and export documentation and ensure in compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with procurement for stock replenishment.
  • Evaluating safety standards, enforcing regulations and conduct regular safety inspections to stay in compliance with regulations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in overseeing the operations team, mentor and support team members.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline.
  • Preferably with relevant experience in construction and quarry operations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer need.
  • A good team player who possess drive, initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with leadership capability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
