Duration: 1 year contract
Location: Novena
Working hours: Mon - Thurs (8.30AM - 6.00PM), Fri (8.30AM - 5.30PM)
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the employee listing relating to the survey
- Assist in data mining, data cleansing and data extraction
- Provision of data analytical support for engagement survey like checking the accuracy of data from the survey and troubleshooting, addressing, or redirecting concerns/questions from other departments during and post-survey period.
- Providing administrative and logistical support pertaining to the survey e.g., involving in primary staffing work, preparing communications broadcasts and emails to engage stakeholders, preparing presentation slides and meeting materials.
- Identifying all gaps in the survey’s information and ensuring proper documentation, upkeep, and enhancement of survey Knowledge Management
- Processing all primary staffing work and arranging all logistical matter like booking of meeting venue, preparation of equipment and meeting materials
- Any other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree
- Knowledge of data analytics and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, takes initiative and able to work independently
