JOB REQUIREMENT


  1. Conduct audit on the compliance of the customer and contract (i.e. staff deployment, emergency store, infection control & waste disposal, etc.) according to customer's standards & requirements.
  2. Participate and attend Environmental services joint review meeting, Internal Operations meeting, Management Review Meeting and minutes recording as and when required .
  3. Develop, establish, conduct audit based, evaluate and update various quality audit tools and documentations, (i.e.MSDS, ISO, Emergency Preparedness Briefing, Emergency Contact List. Emergency Response Team, Permit-To-Work, EHS ISO 9000-2001, ISO 14001:2004 OSHAS 18000:1999, etc,) procedures to ensure compliance of the required standards and requirements for housekeeping services.
  4. Review quality reports against contractual quality and performance outcomes and identify actions items. Conduct joint audit with client on storage areas (i.e. MSDS, Work Permit, safety audit) as scheduled.
  5. Coordinate with ISS HQ on quarterly Internal QA Audit. Follow up on non-conformance or observations raise.
  6. Review & update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Standard Operation Forms (SOF), SGH Environmental Services protocol, etc. as and when required.
  7. Conduct, implement and update Quality Improvement projects in SGH Environmental Services, Collect and comply all relevant data for use in reports and plans
  8. Maintain, update and review Product register, procedures, forms or manual (i.e. office equipment, SOP, SOF, Machinery Master Lists, MSDS, risk assessment record) requested by ISS and customer.
  9. Prepare, review, analyze and submit monthly report of completed QA paper works on schedule. (i.e. Key Performance Indicator, staff feedback data analysis, patient interview and recovery plan; waste analysis, project turnover/ completion time, incident reports balance score Card etc.) to Manager.
  10. Record and update all inventory of housekeeping items (i.e. bins, dispensers, chemicals, store key, mattress and mattress cover, handrub location, ladder, flat mop, janitor trolley, floor mat location, shower curtains etc,) and staff feedback records (i.e. staff survey (SPSS), etc.) to be submitted to customer for approval.
  11. Conduct patient's interview and patient feedback investigation by collecting data and record for the Corrective ACtion to be implemented for continuous improvement of services
  12. Provide assistance to arrange, create and organize company - sponsored social activities, staff recreation activities, awareness training on safety, environment and health issues (i.e. signage, hand washing steps, posters etc.).
  13. COnduct trainings on yearly chemical spillage spill practices, Basic English class for foreign staff and other Quality Assurance related trainings. Update health awareness and response tiem briefing on unforeseen outbreaks (i.e. disaster outbreak, SARs, etc) to staff.
  14. Liaise with vendors on the unsatisfactory products or services provided. Follow up, monitor and record the corrective actions that implemented by vendors.
  15. Conduct time motion study and analysis by project basis.
  16. Record, update and submit results of Surveillance Audit and Infection Control Audit.
  17. Conduct surveillance audit for staffs to ensure that cleaning procedures adhere to System 8 and unsatisfactory work in related to protcool, work procedures, work flows, work safety and house rules. The unsatisfactory work should be highlighted, monitored, followed up to ensure that gaps are closed.
  18. Undertake any duties/ projects, etc. as and when requested by Client or Contract Manager.



    JOB REQUIREMENT
    - Diploma or equivalent qualification in management of quality standards or closely
    related field with minimum 2 or more years of progressive management experiences working
    in a hospital environment or facility services industry.
