Responsibilities:
- Organize efforts to set sales strategies, annual and quarterly sales targets, monitor the implementation of the targets, and forecast the targets accurately for all sales channels.
- Manage sales programs/activities to optimize sales revenue and standardize the operations of sales projects at all levels.
- Gain insights into and plans, develop market landscape improvement plans, and monitor the implementation of the strategies to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Equipped with good consumer electronics product knowledge and align with Company’s strategies across all channels to drive sales.
- Conduct regular business reviews, leveraging internal analytics and market intelligence to gain customer insights, and understands positive and negative trends in data, to uncover new opportunities for growth, increase sales, and grow the business by presenting strategic solutions to the partners.
- Effectively conduct organizational culture building and human resource management, and create a good organizational climate.
- Collaborate with various Departments and functions to ensure local alignment with regional/global strategies.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electronic Engineering/Business/Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, related knowledge in Consumer Electronics 4P area role with knowledge of Wearable & Tablets industry, associated solutions, and key partner management.
- Comprehensive end-to-end national business operations management experience, proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPI’s.
- Proven experience in building integrated hardware and software ecosystem solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement of NSS.
- A high level of comfort working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple diverse work streams at once while maintaining the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding leadership and management skills and the proven ability to build and inspire teams to achieve exceptional objectives.
- Good understanding of the industry and market trend.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with clarity, simplicity, energy, and passion.
- Strong analytical and data modelling skills.
- Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Proactive, self-driven and result oriented.
- Strategic self-starter, resilient, able to collaborate and operate across teams effectively.
- Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English. Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleagues in the head office in China.
