Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Rider Manager to oversee our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for team management, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rider Recruitment and Training:Oversee the recruitment process for riders, ensuring that new hires are effectively onboarded and trained according to company standards.
  • Performance Management:Monitor and enhance rider performance utilizing the company’s star-rating evaluation system to ensure compliance with platform standards.
  • Team Leadership and Support:Provide daily assistance to the rider team, addressing any challenges they encounter on the job and fostering team cohesion and morale.
  • Rewards and Incentive Management:Manage and implement the company’s rider reward mechanisms, including star bonuses and the monthly reward pool system.
  • Complaint and Dispute Resolution:Address and resolve rider-customer disputes or complaints promptly, ensuring efficient management of issues while maintaining the company’s reputation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:Regularly analyze rider performance data, generate reports, and propose improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Policy Enforcement:Ensure that riders comply with platform operational policies, including penalties for lateness and order cancellation rates.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience:At least 3 years of team management experience, preferably in the delivery industry or a related field.
  • Leadership:Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward high-performance goals.
  • Communication:Excellent communication skills to maintain effective interactions with riders, customers, and internal departments.
  • Problem-Solving:Ability to solve complex issues and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Data Analysis:Proficiency in using Excel or other data analysis tools for making data-driven operational decisions.
