Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Listen and document customer concerns and issues with their vehicle.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs.
Service Consultation and Coordination
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process.
- Review the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring satisfaction.
- To act according to the principles of the core processes of After Sales.
- Monitoring the progress on the repairs/service and keep customer updated of the status on the repairs of their car.
- Provide quotations for repair of customer’s car including body/paint repair jobs.
Administration
- Process service orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
- Communicating with customers for approval to carry out additional repairs on their cars whenever necessary.
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Automotive Industry or with automotive technical knowledge will be an advantage.
- Obtain at least Class 3 Singapore Driving License.
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high level of customer service.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communications abilities.
