Sales Executive / Manager - Corporate Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate services. Identify and target potential clients in Singapore and the broader region.
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach. Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor services to meet those needs.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports. Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
  • Revenue Growth: Contribute significantly to our goal of doubling revenue in three years by driving new business and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our services.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate services teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the professional services industry (accounting, tax, payroll, corporate services)
  • Strong understanding of the corporate services market in Singapore and the broader region
  • Comfortable and experienced in dealing with customers from Europe and China
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
