Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the department’s leadership in organizing strategic meetings and ensuring adherence to industry best practices and governance standards
- Work closely with the Corporate Governance Manager to develop business solutions that improve governance programs, frameworks, and reports while ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational needs
- Keep informed about developments in governance, both within the industry and beyond
- Help organize and support important meetings and events to advance and communicate the hospital’s corporate strategy
- Work with the Corporate Governance Manager to implement decisions made by senior management, including improving the corporate governance structure and systems
- Oversee and organize data resources for effective sharing of knowledge across the departments
- Assist in planning collaborations to achieve organizational goals, particularly in improving corporate governance outcomes.
- Lead in organizing visits from strategic partners and external stakeholders
- Handle departmental budgeting and keep track of expenditures
- Assist in real-time emergency response and service management during civil emergencies or preparedness exercises
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Possess a degree in a Business-related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good command of English (spoken and written) and effective communication skills
- Prior administrative experience in healthcare settings is advantageous
- Prior involvement in planning, audit and/or consultancy services preferred
Good interpersonal skills inclusive of communication skills, service orientation to patients, and internal stakeholder management
