Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Raffles Place
Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
Responsibilities
- Handle OCR correction for data extracted for medical claims within the required turnaround time and ensure that claims are registered accurately in the system.
- Issue expired cheque timely to meet the expected turnaround time.
- Verify policy information and cheque status
- Liaise with and follow up with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements (if any)
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Suggest and participate in process improvement projects/ initiatives/ system enhancement, including establish claims best practices.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma
- 1 - 2 year of relevant admin / customer service experience
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
