Job Description
- Be part of the HR management team that conceptualises, designs, develops and delivers effective people management
- Develope policies, systems and processes to attract, motivate and retain talents.
- Build strategic partnerships with line departments and divisions Develope recruitment strategies to identify skills shortages, recruitment sources and ensuring the right staffing levels to meet the desired workforce and business needs
- Implementing innovative, progressive and appropriate HR strategies on manpower planning, staffing, job design, talent acquisition, staff retention, performance management, employee relations and change management,
Job Requirements
- Degree preferably with postgraduate qualification in HR.
- At least 10 years of experience in generalist HR management function gained from large organisations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Experience in healthcare or related industries will be an added advantage
