Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out dining hall daily operations task and role
- Ensuring service is ready, timely execution of daily meals & festive specials
- Work closely with the team and be a team player ensure that product and service standards are maintained at all times
- Take account and monitor daily customer feedback and work with Culinary and Operations teams to rectify products / services issue
- Work with Culinary, Dietician/ Nutritionist and Client teams on cyclical menu planning activity
- Perform simple cutting of vegetable, meat and fruit
- Perform simple sandwich and dessert making
- Setting up of dining hall and ready for operations
- Perform counter serving and table service
- Carry out hygiene task (not limiting to cleaning and washing)
- Perform pot wash and ware wash
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong team player
- At least 2 years of F&B experiences
- With Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
