As a Senior Retail Executive at B.P. de Silva, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience, driving brand loyalty, and elevating our business through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Sales:
- Serve as a brand ambassador, exemplifying the core values and ethos of B.P. de Silva.
- Deliver top-tier customer service and personalized shopping experiences to discerning clients.
- Lead sales efforts by driving results and supporting the team to meet and exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets.
- Build and manage a client book with VIPs and key customers, leading clienteling and follow-up strategies.
- Ensure all clients are added to the CRM database, fostering long-term relationships.
- Provide leadership in managing after-sales services to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Act as a mentor and role model, displaying maturity, integrity, and professionalism in all team interactions.
- Take ownership of your role within the team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
- Share weekly sales reports and insights, contributing to the overall team success and strategy development.
- Manage team dynamics and handle conflict professionally, promoting a supportive work environment.
Stock and Operations Management:
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Oversee stock replenishment and ensure the stockroom remains organized and tidy.
- Conduct regular stock takes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with sales goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A confident and dynamic individual with at least 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on jewellery, gemstones, or similar high-end products.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse at all levels, both internally and externally, with staff and high-profile clientele.
- Demonstrated passion for people, design, and luxury products, along with a deep understanding of fashion and style.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
- Experience leading teams, with a talent for mentoring and driving others towards success.
