Job Description
- Set up catering buffet and dining areas.
- Ensure food and menu tags are properly displayed.
- Ensure all food supplies, trays, and condiments are sufficiently topped up.
- Proper and clean handling of food served.
- Ensure dining and serving areas are clean.
- Wash and clean utensils/ cutleries and other types of service ware.
- Ensure all of the client’s equipment is well-maintained.
- Provide a courteous and friendly mode of service to the client and diners.
- Other duties that the Company deem relevant may also be assigned.
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage
- With Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Good hygiene practices
- Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers
