Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
- Maintain HR records and update employee information.
- Help with payroll processing and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
- Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
- Handle HR inquiries and assist in daily HR tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters.
