Job Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for the retail business in Singapore for all HR related matters
- This is not limited to employee onboarding, payroll, claims and annual leave processes, implementing new HRIS, employer branding etc
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing (30+ HC) + corporate office (abt 20 HC), insurance renewal and office administrative tasks for the Group and retail entities based in Singapore
- Liaison with the Union on all tripartite matters and collective agreement
- Support and leading HR transformation projects aiming to enhance operational efficiency, employee experience and organization culture
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitments across the board
- Manage the employee full life cycle from hire to retire
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail industry will be advantage
- Keen in JR Generalist with payroll and regional HR Transformation projects
- Have a mindset for continuous improvement (pro-active to reach out for clarification) and technical savvy
- Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia employment laws and practices
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Knowledge of TimesSoft would be an added advantage
