1. Roles & responsibilities
   Handle patient enquiries efficiently & politely
   Improve sales through patient enquires
   Dispense medication & giving post treatment instructions
   Billing
   Coordinating & booking appointments
   Coordinating lab cases
2. Rostering and managing leave application
   
3. Cleaning & sterilization of instruments
   
4. Assist Dental Surgeon in dental procedures when short of staff
   Scaling polishing
   Fillings
   Implant & wisdom tooth surgery
   Root canal treatment
   Crowns
   Dentures
5. HousekeepingStocktake
   Cleaning of premises
   Ensuring the clinic always operational
   Ensure treatment room is sufficiently stocked all the time
   Lab casting
6. Medisave and chas claims

1. Cheerful Hard worker - Willing to work OT in some situations Mature & understanding
2. Team player - Willing to help colleagues out
3. Willing to learn & improve
4. Able to handle stress & take criticism
5. Good communication skills -Able to communicate with team member & patients
6. Sense of responsibility - hand over duties properly

Skills

1. Basic knowledge of using computer
2. Previous dental experience (added advantage)
3. Training will be provided to those without experience
4. Able to commit to 2 weekday nights & 1 weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) at least , occasionally both weekends
