Roles & Responsibilities
- Study and understand the manual and lesson plan for the assigned weapon system
- Prepare the classroom and training materials in advance of each session
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons on weapon handling, safety, and operations
- Organize and oversee auxiliary trainers during hands-on training exercises
- Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) to evaluate training performance and provide constructive feedback
- Summarize key points at the end of each lesson to reinforce learning outcomes
Skills & Requirements
- Ex-SAF personnel.
- Versed in SAF Authorised Operating Materials (AOMs) and Army Safety Management.
- Possess good communication skills.
