Job Descriptions
- Prepare food and beverages according to our Standard Operating Procedures and Recipes
- Providing excellent F&B service to guests.
- Taking orders, serving guests and clearing of tables.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Ensuring outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Rotation to other F&B outlets when necessary.
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Able to operate a Point of Sales (POS) machine.
- Candidates with relevant working experience in the F&B industry.
- Passionate, cheerful, service-oriented and an excellent team player.
- Enjoy interactions with customers, able to communicate effectively in Basic English with good interpersonal skills (in order to respond promptly to English speaking customers' inquiries and provide excellent customer service to our guests/customers.)
