Job summary:
- Basic up to $2600 + OT + Allowance + Bonus
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM ; Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- Working location at North area: Sembawang area
Job scope:
- Handle a diverse range of tasks, with 50% focused on backend operations for VIP customer management and 50% on frontline duties.
- Identify and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, offering appropriate solutions and guidance.
- Effectively manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up for satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and workshops.
- Generate quotations and raise Work Orders to facilitate smooth workflow processes.
- Coordinate job orders with workshops and contractors for efficient service delivery.
- Maintain communication with controllers and contractors to oversee service quality and pricing.
- Monitor vehicle service and repair progress, providing updates and feedback to customers.
- Manage service/repair schedules and vehicle collection arrangements in coordination with customers.
Requirements:
- Relevant customer service / administrative / support function experience
- MS Office Skills
- Familiar with CRM system will be advantageous
