BDO Deal Advisory meets regional and local business’ needs with provision of services including:
- Restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments
- Valuing businesses, joint ventures and equity interests, and specific assets such as intangible assets like trademarks, customer relationships, and financial instruments
- Business planning and decision support
- Support for tax planning and advisory
- Expert witness for litigation support
- Financial reporting
We are constantly seeking for dedicated talents to join our practice. To be part of our team, you should possess:
- Degree in Accounting / ACCA/ CPA Australia or equivalent qualification recognised by ISCA
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience for Senior Associate Position
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with strong analytical & evaluation skills and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Well verse in a second language will be an added advantage
