Job Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to promote our cookies and festive product range
- Provide detailed information about the ingredients, flavors, and unique qualities of our products
- Offer product samples to attract and encourage purchases
- Assist customers in selecting gift sets and ensure they have a delightful shopping experience
- Achieve sales targets during the promotional period
- Maintain a clean and attractive product display at the promotional booth
- Handle customer queries and escalate any issues when necessary
- Assist in stock replenishment and ensure sufficient product availability
- Record daily sales and provide feedback on customer preferences and product reception
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or promotions is an advantage
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales-driven and motivated to meet targets
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of festive seasons (Christmas and CNY) is a plus
