Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Project Team to understand project requirements and translate them into application features.
Collaborate with the team to define specifications for new or existing applications.
Development & Maintenance:
Participate in incident management and handle change requests.
Troubleshoot and debug applications as required.
Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update, or add new features.
Requirement Analysis:
Work with business process owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess capabilities and gather high-level user requirements.
Partner with project managers, architects, and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for business processes.
SDLC Participation:
Participate in transitioning business requirements and use cases through the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in Pega Development.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred: PEGA certifications (SA, SSA, LSA) and experience in large-scale BPM engagements
Mandatory Requirements:
Pega Development Experience: Hands-on experience in Pega development.
Good to Have
Experience in executing project releases on Pega PRPC BPM platform.
Exposure to large BPM engagements throughout the complete SDLC lifecycle.
Broad industry and functional knowledge in PEGA technical and architecture.
PEGA certifications (e.g., System Architect (SA), Senior System Architect (SSA), Lead System Architect (LSA)).
